Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Lakshmi Furniture, all our pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, materials for your order may have already been procured and production may have begun. Cancellation requests made after this period may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined based on the progress of the order.
Refunds & Returns
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping. We are committed to quality and stand by our craftsmanship.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a repair or replacement, you must provide:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Our team will assess the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include repairing the item or, in severe cases, replacing it.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized items with specific dimensions, finishes, or fabrics requested by the client.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Clearance or sale items.
